You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use Matchr. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information, and use the service in a way that respects other members.

Matchr is a private social and dating experience. A match, message, gift, or profile view is not a guarantee of attention, availability, identity, compatibility, or any outcome outside the service.

Do not harass, impersonate, exploit, defraud, threaten, or share another person's private content without permission. Do not use Matchr to facilitate illegal activity or harm.

We may investigate reports and restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or content when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect members, the platform, or legal obligations.

Digital purchases, Gold, gifts, Premium access, boosts, and creator earnings are governed by the specific in-product terms shown at purchase or use. They are not cash, investments, or transferable value unless Matchr expressly states otherwise.

Purchases and earnings may be reviewed for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or policy violations. Creator withdrawal availability and eligibility are subject to verification and the applicable payout rules.

You retain responsibility for content you share. View-once and private-media features reduce exposure but cannot prevent screenshots, recording, or misuse by another person. Browser protections are best effort only.

We may update these terms as Matchr evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the product or another reasonable channel. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
